Shipping & Return Policies

Shipping Policy

•    Orders of “In Stock” products are generally shipped same or next business day.  If an order is placed that includes products not currently in stock, the order will ship once all of the ordered products are in stock, assembled and tested  (usually within 10 business days).

•    Canadian orders over $289.00 will be shipped for free via Canada Post.  All other shipments will be calculated by size, weight, value and it’s destination during checkout.

We make returns easy
•    If you don’t love it in the first 14 days after receipt, please contact customer service at info@boardwerx.com for a return authorization number.
•    You may return all undamaged items purchased within 14 days of the original purchase.  Check out our How to Return your Items for more information.
•    We will pay the return shipping costs if the product is defective or the return is a result of our error.  If the item is returned for any other reason you are responsible for the return-shipping amount.
•    We will credit you in the same manner as your original payment within 7 days of receiving the returned item.

Avoid Unnecessary Fees
Help us sustain our Easy Return policy. To reserve your right to return the gear within 14 days, please observe these steps upon receipt of item(s):
Keep all packaging in like-new condition. Open packaging gently and carefully.
•    When opening package use scissors and try avoid tearing packaging.
•    Take note of how components are packed.

Keep all items in new condition unless 100% sure you’re keeping the gear.
•    Avoid scuffs and scratches in handling and rack mounting.
•    We recommend rack mounting only after you’re certain you’re keeping the gear.
•    If rack mounting, use plastic washers and beware of metal rack screws’ tendency to scratch rack-mount holes.
•    Include everything that came with your purchase. If equipment or accessories are damaged or missing, we will not accept the return.

How to Return your Items
Returns:
1.    Contact Boardwerx to obtain a Return Authorization Number (RAN).
2.    Place a copy of the RAN inside the package of the items for return.
3.    Write RAN number anywhere on your airbill, not on the box or packaging.
4.    Returns must be complete including accessories and documentation with original packaging.
5.    You are responsible for return shipping costs including shipping insurance which is recommended to protect your items, as you are liable for items damaged during return shipment. Remember you own it until we receive and accept it.
6.    Obtain a tracking number to provide proof of your return before the end of the 14-day grace period in order for return to run smoothly.
7.    The following products are NOT returnable:
◦    Special orders (not stocked) or items that have been modded
◦    Personal items (earphones, headphones, etc)
◦    Ribbon Mics
8.    We will inspect your return once it’s received. If you have met the above conditions and the items are all in like-new condition, you will get your choice of a refund or credit on account after a restocking fee has been applied.
9.    If any of the above conditions are not met, Boardwerx reserves the right to charge a fee equal to our costs to return the item to like-new condition.
10.    If you received Free Shipping on your order, the value of the uncharged shipping cost will be deducted from your refund or credit.

International Returns:
Important: All costs are  the sole responsibility of the customer.
